- Victor Dalmuth Shealy (born July 14, 1961) is an American football coach and former player.
- He is currently the head coach at Houston Baptist University.
- He was the defensive coordinator and cornerbacks coach at the University of Kansas.
- Shealy joined the coaching staff at Kansas in December 2009.
- From 1995 to 1998, Shealy served as the head football coach at Azusa Pacific University, compiling a record of 27–14–1.
