- William Leong Jee Keen (simplified Chinese: ???; traditional Chinese: ???; pinyin: Liáng Zìjian; born 27 January 1957) is a Malaysian politician and the Member of Parliament (MP) of Malaysia for Selayang constituency in Selangor.
- He is a member of the People's Justice Party (PKR) in the ruling Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition. On 4 December 2018, Leong was elected chair of the Major Public Appointments Select Committee.
