Zina Andrianarivelo-Razafy (born October 30, 1951) has been the Permanent Representative of Madagascar to the United Nations since 2002. Andrianarivelo-Razafy was Ambassador to the United States, the World Bank, and the International Monetary Fund from 1999 to 2002.
