Masashi Tashiro (?? ???, Tashiro Masashi, real name pronounced the same, but written as ?? ?) (born August 31, 1956) is a former Japanese television performer and the founding member of the band Rats & Star.
Tashiro was a tenor vocalist for Rats & Star, and later on made himself a name as a TV entertainer in Japan.
He also directed a movie after his band broke up. His arrest for looking up a woman's skirt in September 2000 marked the beginning of Tashiro's problems with the law.
