- William Dean "Bill" Johnson (March 30, 1960 – January 21, 2016) was an American World Cup alpine ski racer.
- By winning the downhill at the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia, Johnson became the first American male to win an Olympic gold medal in alpine skiing and the first racer not from an Alpine country to win an Olympic downhill race.
