About Elisabeth Köstinger
- Elisabeth Köstinger (born 22 November 1978) is an Austrian politician who was Minister for Sustainability and Tourism in the government of Chancellor Sebastian Kurz from December 2017 until June 2019.
- She is a member of the Austrian People's Party, part of the European People's Party. From 9 November 2017 to 18 December 2017, Köstinger briefly served as President of Austria's National Council.
- Prior to that, she was a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) from Austria between 2009 and 2017.
- Since May 2017 she has been secretary general of the Austrian People's Party.
