About Peter Draisaitl
- Peter Draisaitl (born 7 December 1965) is a Czech-born German former professional ice hockey centre.
- He was the head coach of Kölner Haie (Cologne Sharks) of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL), appointed in November 2017, until January 2019. The Czech-born Draisaitl played in numerous international tournaments as a member of the Germany men's national ice hockey team, including competing at the 1988, 1992, and 1998 Winter Olympics.Draisaitl is the father of Leon Draisaitl who was selected 3rd overall by the Edmonton Oilers in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft.
