Rudolf Buttmann (4 July 1885 in Marktbreit, Bavaria – 25 January 1947) was a German politician and diplomat.
He was a department minister in the Reich Ministry of the Interior at the time of the signing of the Reichskonkordat. From 1935 to 1945 he was director general of the Bavarian State Library.
