Friedrich ("Fritz") Zweigelt (13 January 1888 – 18 September 1964) was an Austrian phytologist, entomologist and grapevine breeder.
He created hybrid crosses of European wine grapes, the most famous of which are Rotburger (later named Zweigelt) and Blauburger.
After World War II his previous Nazi convictions and activities gained some public attention.
