- Chen Sisi (simplified Chinese: ???; traditional Chinese: ???; pinyin: Chén Sisi; born 28 December 1976) is a Chinese singer, philanthropist, politician.
- Chen is a member of Chinese Communist Party and vice-president of the People's Liberation Army Second Artillery Corps Song and Dance Troupe, she holds the rank of Senior Colonel in the People's Liberation Army, she was the a member of 10th National People's Congress and a Standing Committee member of the All-China Youth Federation.Chen won the Golden Eagle Award in 2005. Chen is also the first singer from Chinese Mainland to play a personal concert in Taiwan.
