Silvino García Martínez (born 4 July 1944) is a Cuban chess player.
He was awarded the title of Grandmaster (GM) by FIDE in 1975.
García Martínez is a four-time Cuban champion (1968, 1970, 1973, 1979).
He was also Pan American champion in 1968 and won an individual bronze medal at the Chess Olympiad in 1978.
