Brett Skinner (born June 28, 1983) is a former professional Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman and currently an assistant coach for the Sioux Falls Stampede of the United States Hockey League (USHL).
Skinner played professional hockey for twelve seasons between 2005 and 2007, appearing in over 400 games for the American Hockey League (AHL) for 10 different clubs, and briefly in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL), National Hockey League (NHL) and overseas in the Czech Republic.
Skinner was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks 68th overall in the 3rd round of the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.
