Vitaliy Markovich Primakov (Russian: ??????? ???????? ????????; Ukrainian: ??????? ???????? ????????) (3 December 1897 – 12 June 1937) was a Soviet military leader, commander of the Red Cossacks corps, and part of the Red Army.
He was a close friend of Kotsiubynsky family and a son-in-law of Mykhailo Kotsiubynsky.
