Hermann Stefánson (born July 25, 1968 in Reykjavík) is an Icelandic writer, musician and poet.
His novel Oblivion has been called a landmark in Icelandic literature.
Hermann has written many books in many book categories, as he says himself, that he doesn't stick to any certain category.
His latest books are popular in Icelandic culture and he has been nominated for the Íslensku bókmenntaverðlaunin in 2015 for the book Leiðin út í heim.
