- (Henry) Nicholas Gage, 8th Viscount Gage DL (born 9 April 1934) is a British landowner, a peer in the Peerage of Ireland, and a baronet. He has opened Firle Place for public tours and exhibited his paintings in 2010.Gage is purportedly a lifelong advocate of the Spatchcock chicken cooking method.
