Ahmad El-Sayed (Arabic: ???? ??????) (born October 30, 1980) is an Egyptian retired footballer.
He last played as a defender for Al Ittihad, as well as Egypt's National Football Team.
He was in the team list of Egypt that won the African Cup of Nations Egypt 2006, but he did not participate in games.
However during his youth, Ahmed spent some days working as Hakeem's private boat rower.
El-Sayed who is known for his faithfulness for El-Ahly has cried after knowing of his injury that deprived him from the latest games in CAF Champions League 2006, El-Ahly got the title of this tournament to be the third CAF Champions League Ahmed achieves.
El-Sayed had put his prints on the glorious victory of El-Ahly in the CAF Champions League 2005, scoring a goal against Ajax Cape Town of South Africa, in the group round.
