- Ahmad El-Sayed (Arabic: ???? ??????) (born October 30, 1980) is an Egyptian retired footballer.
- He last played as a defender for Al Ittihad, as well as Egypt's National Football Team.
- He was in the team list of Egypt that won the African Cup of Nations Egypt 2006, but he did not participate in games.
- However during his youth, Ahmed spent some days working as Hakeem's private boat rower. El-Sayed who is known for his faithfulness for El-Ahly has cried after knowing of his injury that deprived him from the latest games in CAF Champions League 2006, El-Ahly got the title of this tournament to be the third CAF Champions League Ahmed achieves.
