About Suleiman Ali Nashnush
- Suleiman Ali Nashnush (1943 – February 25, 1991) was a Libyan basketball player and actor and one of seventeen individuals in medical history to reach or surpass eight feet in height.
- In 1960, he successfully underwent surgery to correct his abnormal growth.
- He was one of the tallest basketball players ever at 8'0 1/2" (245 cm) although he was only 7'10" (239 cm) when he played professional basketball.Nashnush also had a small role in Federico Fellini's film Fellini Satyricon where he played the role of Tryphaena's attendant.
- He died on February 25, 1991.
