- Sami Lepistö (born 17 October 1984) is a Finnish professional ice hockey defenceman currently playing for Jokerit of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).
- He is the son of former Jokerit captain and youth international defenceman Jussi Lepistö.
- Sami was drafted by the Washington Capitals in the third round, 66th overall, in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.
