- Luis Enrique Flores Ocaranza (Spanish pronunciation: [lwiz 'flo?es]; born July 18, 1961 in Mexico City, Mexico) is a Mexican former football player, and a former striker who played for the Mexico national team in the 1986 FIFA World Cup being held in Mexico.
- He played 62 times for Mexico from 1983–1993 being the 7th best goalscorer in Mexico's history with 29 goals being tied with Hugo Sánchez and Luis GarcĂa.
