Miguel Ángel Falasca Fernández (29 April 1973 – 22 June 2019) was a Spanish volleyball player and head coach, a member of Spain men's national volleyball team in 1993-2009, a participant at the Olympic Games (Sydney 2000), 2007 European Champion, a medalist of the European League (gold in 2007, silver in 2009, bronze in 2005), three-time Spanish Champion and three-time Polish Champion (as coach).
