Robert Ernest Andrews (born August 4, 1957) is an American Democratic politician who served as a U.S.
Representative for New Jersey's 1st congressional district from 1990 to 2014.
The district included most of Camden County and parts of Burlington County and Gloucester County.
In February 2014, Andrews resigned from his position in the middle of his term, while being investigated by the United States House Committee on Ethics for alleged violations related to his use of campaign funds for personal expenses.
